As a Designer Project Manager with years of experience in the world of construction and design, I provide invaluable knowledge of how all details are executed throughout the fabrication of a home. Compiling a competent building team is key to a finished product you will enjoy while knowing the construction is solid and dependable.  

During a construction project, it seems at times, you will never get “out of the ground”.  This isn't the most exciting phase of a project, but it is critical to the final quality and longevity of a home.  The excavation, footings, foundation walls, and drainage, all have varying levels of quality, therefore all of the team, need to offer meticulous attention to these processes.

• Locating land survey 
• Determination of the need for a soil engineer 
• Framing footings/foundation walls 
• Pouring concrete 
• Allowing for any conduit piping in regard to plumbing through foundation walls or slab 
• Drain rock Foundation waterproofing treatment 
• Dropping in any needed pumps for plumbing or stormwater    

I pride myself in building to code and with great effort to achieve the highest quality possible.  The walls and general construction of all homes are carefully built, from the plans to the engineering, rough-in wiring, plumbing, insulation, drywall, and painting, to name a few of the components of the process.
